12 Days of Cookies – Peppermint Shortbread

And on the eighth day of Baked’s 12 Days of Cookies Amy pumped up the peppermint to create Peppermint Shortbread because:

[It's hard to beat] a fun peppermint bar made with those delicious soft peppermints you sometimes get at old timey [ed note: I will eat almost anything with the descriptor "Old Timey"] restaurants. Nothing says holiday quite like peppermint!

And it is probably not a surprise that we LOVE peppermint at Baked. Amy’s amazing Peppermint Shortbread will be available all day today. Yup, it’s part of 12 Days of Cookies celebration.
